Shipping policy

Every order ships from Toronto, Canada. Each piece is checked over, steamed, and packed by hand — vintage deserves better than a plastic mailer and a prayer.

Processing time

Orders go out within 1–3 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Where we ship

• Canada — tracked shipping, typically 2–7 business days depending on where you are.
• United States — tracked shipping, typically 5–10 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Not in Canada or the US? Message us before ordering and we'll see what we can do.

Customs and duties (US orders)

Orders shipped to the US may be subject to import duties or fees depending on current customs rules. Any such charges are set by the carrier or customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. We always declare shipments accurately — please don't ask us to mark items as gifts.

Lost or stuck packages

Every shipment is tracked. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 7 days or a package seems lost, contact us at hello@trabear.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. You won't be left dealing with it alone.

A note on packaging

We keep packaging simple and reuse materials where we can — it suits what we do. Your piece will arrive protected, folded properly, and ready to wear.
